PRACTICE HEALTHY LIFESTYLE
Practice a healthy lifestyle is a lot importance to humans. By adopting a healthy lifestyle, we will always be healthy, fit and energetic. Therefore, everyone should be doing activities that produce sweat that is, at least three times a week. This action shows that the person will be able to keep fit and healthy through exercises. This practice will produce healthy and productive citizens.
An important practice for healthy lifestyle is a balanced food intake. Therefore, the body of a balanced eating will get the necessary nutrients and vitamins. For example, a person should consume more fiber foods such as vegetables and fruits, and reduce fatty foods or high cholesterol. By the way, deadly diseases such as coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes can be avoided because prevention is better than treat disease.
Next, sports and leisure activities that will improve blood circulation and the body will produces sweat. We can play sports such as badminton, football, cycling, jogging, or swimming. If your body fit and your‘re healthy person, surely thinking too smart for its intelligent brain comes from the energetic body.
In addition, each person must perform periodic health examination. This will ensure that members of the internal body such as heart, liver, kidney, and pancreas function to work properly. By doing that, dangerous diseases such as coronary heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure can be detected early through modern equipment in the medical field. By the way, remedial measures will be done immediately. This is so because, modern medical devices can detect a disease early and not been knocked about to gaze upward.
