Today in Africa there is a 48.5 percent poverty rate, can you imagine seeing people begging on the streets every step you take . The definition of Poverty is when people extremely poor, and bringing in a meager amount of money. Poverty can lead to Homelessness, dehydration and starvation because the victims don't have enough food to feed themselves. In Africa, Congo is the country most affected by poverty.
