After completing the survey for my economics course it gave me a career field that I should consider joining based off of my answers to the survey. The field I was given was investigative. I agree with choice because I love to solve puzzles and work with things that makes me have to think to figure it out. Also, the investigative field is a good fit for me because the jobs that are involved in this field involve math which is one of my favorite subjects whether it be engineering or computer programming. Plus, with it being investigative I am not limited by the math field because I could also work in the medical field by being a doctor trying to find a malignant tumor. The two career paths I have decided on that stem from this career category would have to be computer hardware engineer or being a biomedical engineer.…

Assuming I just completed my high school education and had to find funding for my education without scholarships or help from parents, I would likely panic. In this case where I have done research, it would be easier for me to be successful. The first thing I would do would be to research the school that I want to go. I would check the credibility of the school, the graduation rate of the school, and how much the education costs. I would also check on the living situation to find a place that accommodates me within my expected budget. I will then wait to receive my admission letters from the school that I have applied. Depending on the results I found during my research, if accepted into all schools, then I would pick the school with the highest graduation rate. I will make this decision because that will make it that much more likely for me to graduate on time, and mix with responsible people who also plan on graduating on time. During this process I will go to my counselor to find out all sorts of ways for me to acquire funding towards my higher education. I will check out every possibly outcome of getting funding, which would likely be filling out financial aid or better known as FAFSA. If the money I receive from there will not be enough for me to get through my education, I will then go to the go to banks to search for any possibility of getting a loan from them.…
