Positive Feedback Reflection
I was most engaged in this course when deciding what topic to write about for my research paper. I enjoyed reading other classmates topics and found it fun to research a few different topics that interested me before deciding which topic to write my final on. The positive feedback both from the professor and from my classmates made this an enjoyable topic to research and write about.

This course has given me insight to American History that I hadn't known before. One topic I knew some information about, but didn’t really understand was the subject of World War I. Prior to taking this course, I knew the basics of the War; what countries fought in it, when it was fought, and that was about it. I didn’t know the reason why it was fought, or who was the president, or what was going on in America and the rest of the world during it. By taking this course, I learned the information I hadn’t known about the war. For example, I learned that the president during the war was Woodrow Wilson, and the reason the United States got involved was because Germans repeatedly sank U.S. ships. Thanks to this course, I was able to tie the facts that I had previously known about World War I to the new facts that I learned for a better understanding of the…

I really enjoyed participating and learning about America’s dynamic political policies. This class was very useful and I have used the social, cultural, political, governmental and economic prism method to dissect numerous policy topics for other classes. The format encouraged class discussion and it was engaging to hear what other students thought on hot topic issues. I also believe this course taught me how to have more meaningful political conversations by learning how to refrain from personal political ideology and rhetoric.…

<I’ve learned so much during this course and have truly grown as a person. I have never really been too open minded. I kind of stick to what I believe and no one can tell me otherwise. My grandma is really the only other person I really believe could tell me something and I would consider what she was saying as being correct. She influenced so much in my life. A lot of my decisions and choices I thought of her first or I would call and ask for her input. Without any extra questions or searching for other possible answers I would believe her almost instantly and go with what she said. During these few weeks I have learned to investigate all possibilities before making a decision so I can make the best one. My pride and my stubbornness also kept me from using critical thinking. Instead of taking the time to really analyze a problem and pick the best way to fix it I just did what I felt was the thing to do. During my time in this course I was taught the necessary steps to take in order to properly solve issues. I plan on utilizing everything I have learned for not only the rest of my academic time with the university of Phoenix , but for the rest of my life in and out of school or work.…

By using this I have discovered what my goals and dreams are. I wanted to pass this class and go on to college but that's not going to happen if I fail english. I realized that all that busy work she was giving us wasn't actually busy work. She showing us how hard it can be in college and most of the material now that I come to think of it helped me with everything I did in that class whether it was vocab or learning to write a better thesis statement. My goal for that class was to pass with an 80 or high by the end of each marking period and to not slack on all my work and to do it well and on time. Now I actually do my work ahead of time so that I don't forget and I have time to go back and look over it and sometimes I have a little free time to myself. My current grade in my CCC English 102 is an 89 and so far i've been doing things days before they are actually do so I make sure it's…

Reflection allows an individual to identify the reasons or purpose of understanding the outcome of a particular situation in depth in term of emotions on thought and feeling on the topic area. In addition, Reflection is something that we do implicitly as part of being human, underpinning our identities through a process of negotiation between our sense of self and our experiences of others (Demetriou, 2000, p.210). Therefore, I have implemented this quote in my professional and personal goals I wanted and have achieved thought-out the process of the module. During the teaching, I used open ended questions and questions and answers. I also gave the patient 4 handouts and highlighted the important discussion points and topics I discussed. I estimated that the process would take between 15-30 minutes depending on if the patient and her daughter had any questions. The whole process took about 20 minutes. I believe that the handouts were the best way to achieve my goals. The daughter was very happy that I had them, and was especially appreciative of the pictures that were in the handouts. I began by assessing the patients learning needs, learning deficits, factors affecting learning, and the learning environment. I turned the television down, but the patient would not let me turn it off. After my…
