Positive Behavior Support Team Case Study
Situation: There is currently 2 active members of the Positive Behavior Support team for a nine grade level school. The goal is the have more involvement from the staff to support the schoolwide initiative.

Task: To gather a leadership team of staff members to contribute to the PBS initiative.

Action (includes professional development activities): I have reached out to staff members to be a part of the 2017-2018 PBS. I have scheduled monthly meetings for the upcoming year. I have addressed concerns for new year by analyzing the behavioral data from the previous year. I am going to address the behavioral assemblies to include more specific student behaviors and highlight the positives going on at the school within the grade level.
