After getting feedback from twelve people about my positive attributes, I found patterns in how friends, family, and classmates thought I brought value. The positive attribute that was brought up the most out of the twelve people was my attentiveness to others. I was described as being an individual who cares about others and is concerned about others wellbeing. The next attribute that I picked out of the respondents was my hard work and passion. Respondents described me as a person who contributes a sense of passion and hard work surrounding that passion. The third positive attribute that was brought up was my athletic ability. I was described as a person with a natural ability to be skilled at most sports. I was told that I have been this way since I was a little kid. The last attribute that I chose from the feedback was trust. It was mentioned in almost all my feedback that I am a person who can be trusted, and is trusted quickly by new people. The feedback that I got from friends, family and classmates will help me develop my positive attributes even further. The first and most common feedback that I got back from my respondents was my attentive to others. My care for others was most detailed out by my family members who have known me since I was born. My Aunt Deirne wrote me back saying that I have always been a care taker. She said that ever since I was a child I have always been very sensitive to how people feel, and I have always tried to make their situation better. My mom responded with six stories of how I applied this. The first example she gave me was when I was a boy in the car with my four other brothers and sister. My Mom said that everyone would be going bonkers and having tantrums while I just sat quietly because I knew she didn’t need the extra stress. She also gave me an example of my self-discipline. My Mom said that I would actually put myself in timeout when I

Explaining things that people don't understand has always been a strong point in my time within the community. In sports, specifically volleyball, I am more experienced than most of the people in my grade. When someone is having trouble with a skill like hitting or passing I gladly help them and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. Another quality that I have, is the ability to effectively communicate with others. Not only am I able to communicate with people that I am helping, but also with leaders within this club. I can communicate clearly and professionally through; email, text, verbally, and on the phone. When I have a planned absence from a sport’s practice, I notify my coach at least twenty-four hours before the scheduled start time. My work ethic has always been a strong point within my years of schooling. I have never been tardy to a class or skipped class to do things that I think are more important. Working in groups or teams has always been something I am good at. Working with teams efficiently and effectively is very important, this is especially shown on sports teams, were at practice if one person is slacking off it's harder for…

I was always considered as being a bit of a 'soft touch' when I was younger, constantly letting others have their way. In my older life, and particularly within my job role, this has taught me that I can be emphatic and sympathetic towards people. I have always been interested in history, including my own family history. When I was young, I would sit for hours on end listening to grandmas stories of her own background and where she came from. This has given me a sense of my own self and has taught me how to be a good listener with the people that I care for in my working life.…

I may not be perfect, but I do have many redeeming qualities. Some of these qualities include my determination, my ability to learn quickly, and being able to be friendly with most people. I show these traits often in my everyday life. I keep trying at activities that I may not be very good at because I am determined and want to be better, such as working on computers. It does help, though, that I learn quickly because I can figure out what is wrong or what needs to be done more easily. Unlike these two qualities, however, my ability to be friendly towards most people does not just affect my personal life, it also affects those around me. These are all great qualities to have, but they do not really tell what I have done or accomplished.…
