Might be really hard sometimes
Even then it is still the warmest place on earth

Part 2 :
: I raised my hand in class
I raised my hand in class this morning,
sitting in the back.
The teacher didn't see, I think.
Instead she called on Jack.

I stretched my hand up higher,
but she called on Zach and Zoe.
I started bouncing up and down,
but, still, she called on Chloe.

I waved my arms but, even so,
she didn't call on me.
She called on Bryan, Brooklyn, Billy,
Bailey, Ben, and Bree.

She called on Taylor, Tristan, Thomas,
Trinity, and Ty.
Then, finally, she called my name.
I breathed a heavy sigh.

She asked me for the answer.
I just frowned and clenched my knees,
and said, "I've no idea,
but could I use the bathroom, please?"

Title : I raised my hand in class
Author : Kenn Nesbitt
What kind of poem is it : narrative
Summary : the poem is about a boy who is sitting in class and he can’t get the teachers attention but he tries very hard and after a couple of tries when the teacher skips him a bunch of time he finally gets notice but he is not answering the question he just wanted to go to the bathroom. Analysis: Kenn Nesbitt is trying to fool us from the beginning of the poem and he finally tricks me by telling that the teacher did not notice him but maybe she has and she knew that he wanted to go to the washroom but didn’t think it is the right time for him to go. I really like the way Kenn describes the situation it was really fun to read this poem. Kiss of my Love http://www.poemhunter.com/poem/kiss-of-my-love/ Your beauty overwhelms me

As I wrap my arms around you
I press your softness tight
Great passion fills my inner being
I'm captured in your embrace
Your eyes control my very soul
The touch of your lips, heaven
Forever frozen in time
All else fades into nothing
