Plain Zebra Research Paper
The plain zebra lives in a grassland of southern and eastern Africa. The plain zebras are herbivores meaning they only eat plants. They mostly spend their whole day eating grass, leaves, and stems. When it starts to get dry zebras will travel a great distance in order to find food or water. The black and white stripes make the zebra most recognized animal in the world. This animal is the way it is because of the stripes it makes it stand out of the rest of its common ancestors. An important fact about the Plain Zebra is its stripes. Why it's stripes you may ask. Well its stripes act like a fingerprint and zebras use the pattern of the stripes to identify their young ones or mothers.There is maybe just a way that the Plain Zebras can go extinct

Apparently according to chem,tufts, The Genus Equus came out about 55 years ago and all the way till now. As i previously stated, the stripes of the plain zebra make my animal unique because scientists have said that the stripes are exposed to distract predators from attacking them. While i get close to wrapping up this amazing story about plain zebras, let's give a few interesting facts. First interesting fact is that in order for zebras too fall asleep they will need to be next to their neighbors so they are warned if any predators come close so they can be warned. Another interesting fact would be that zebras can run up to 65 km/h which they use their amazing stamina and their zig zag to try to get away from pray. Nevertheless, the plain zebra is made up of more classifications that have not been discussed yet. Like the kingdom they fall in is in the Animalia and the phylum would be chordata. The plain zebras scientific name is made up two things and that would be a Genus and a species. The genus obviously is Equus and its species is burchelli, so in that case the scientific name for a plain Zebra would be Equus
