Pink Out Week Analysis

Being a part of so many great organizations, for example SMAC (Stillwater Makes a Change) and Youth Leadership Oklahoma, has not compared to being a part of Pink Out week at Stillwater High School. So far, I believe that my greatest accomplishment has been being a Co-head of Pink Out week. Pink Out has helped me grow so much as a leader and has taught me how to execute large scale events. It has also been my biggest impact on the community. A few of the many steps I took to accomplish Pink Out week was planning, delegating and execution. Planning was probably the hardest part of Pink Out week. Trying to plan for things almost four months in advance is like trying to plan for tomorrow’s weather in Oklahoma, everything can change at the drop
