The Terraces/Pilgrim Haven/Villages Retirement Home Performance

When: Friday, Nov. 16, 2012

Performance Time: The show will be from 3:30 to 4:30 PM. Rehearse if you can 12:30-2:30 PM in Foothill classroom, then proceed to show location 373 Pine Ln, Los Altos, CA 94022-1681, to arrive by 3 PM. A practice room to congregate, warm up, change, etc. and hold your personal items will be provided.

Where: The Terraces/Pilgrim Haven/Villages Retirement Home (has several names) 373 Pine Ln, Los Altos, CA 94022-1681 (near El Camino Real and San Antonio Rd. Location is half way between Middlefield and Foothill Campuses.)

Parking: There is some parking at facility, but if it is full, try street parking. Carpooling is always a good idea.

Costumes:

Social Dancers come dressed to dance-dark shoes, men in dark slacks, solid shirts, ladies skirts or dresses.

Line & World dancers wear blue jeans and bandana scarves that Donna will provide, cowboy vests and some will need black dresses and scarves that Donna will provide if you don't have these items. Please wear a white top, blouse, or shirt, dark stockings and dark shoes.

Borrowed items are collected immediately following the show-so make sure you have something to wear.

Thank you for participating. You will be helping to bring much joy to the residents and be able to show off your dancing skills to an appreciative audience.
