Petrona Case Study Report
The report includes data and information on the management changes on of an organization. The report present information on the cases and scenarios happened in the organization, changes that the organization made and the reaction of their employees. The report mainly focuses more particularly on the changes that the organization made and analyzing these changes. Besides that, through analyzing the changes that the organization made and their employees reaction, the report will also include comments on the viewpoint of the organization and recommendations that would help to improve the organization performance. Overall the report explains the analysis of the changes that the organization made in the perspective to improve their employees performance and in the meantime also maximizing the organization capabilities and performance.

2.0 Description
The purpose of the report is to analyze and explain the changes that are made by the organization in order to help improve the organization performance.The report focuses on the management changes that are implemented by the organization

Hence, the company decides to unfreeze which mean by disabling the policy and implementing a change which is the flexi hours. This enables their employees to choose their own working hours and have more freedom and time for personal issues. The company then refreeze (stabilise) by collecting feedback from employees on the changes made. Besides that, due to majority of dissatisfaction of employees on the slow productivity and time consuming for applying leave, the company introduce the MyPassport system for employees to enable them to apply for leave and to be update with the latest news and announcement of the company. This change allows employees to do things more conveniently and
