We take a look at the workings of a digital marketing company. The company is operating in the ever changing industry of technology, internet and marketing. In the services industry a company is only as good as the service they render. The better the service the higher the company’s reputation/ brand image is in the public.
The staff is highly skilled in multiple languages of programming, and well versed in the different online platforms. This knowledge helps Petrolbom to better service the needs of their clients.
Speed
Petrolbom Digital pursues to create an enabling communication link between the company and the clients to keep feedback channels open and be able to deliver the desired service.
Review and Feedback process can be time consuming when dealing with clients with hierarchy.
Changes and edits can be done remotely and are instant when working over the internet applications.
Dependability
Petrolbom Digital is able to service a selected amount if clients at a specific time because they are currently operating on skeleton staff. Service is key but the level of business coming in can be controlled.
Flexibility
Petrolbom Digital is a creative based company which prides itself to delivering custom digital solution to their clients. No one job is the same.

This solution will cost the company money to send the two employees to training courses to better equip them to be able to develop and programme different applications. The solution will benefit the company by decreasing time spent on development of applications, increase troubleshooting knowledge and wide range of skills in programming.
