Persuasive Speech On Speeding

Hello Mr. Graves; I am Brianna Myers. In my class at school, we must write a government official about a problem we have been researching. The subject that I chose is speeding in Utah County, Ut. I care Because I Have seen people get hurt. I also care because I see people every day that speed like there is no speed limit. I have read and researched three articles I wish to speak about. First, everyone takes speeding too lightly. In an article, "Speed limits: dangerous driving puts lives at risk." It writes that speeding puts everyone inside and outside the car at risk.
