I wanted to let you know that you are doing an excellent job. I know being injured can be difficult, frustrating, and overall exhausting. You have worked very hard to be where you are today and we don’t want you to give up. There are so many freshmen who wish they could be a D1 cross country runner in this world, and you are one. On top of that, you excel at that title. There are times in life that will tear you down and it is the people who believe in themselves who come back stronger.

Trust in God. He has a plan for you that is out of your control. His plan is the best plan.
