Have you ever wondered how many innocent people die around the world today due to violent terrorist attacks. These terrorist attacks are taking place at an all time high right now. By attacking a person or multiple people these terrorist are looking to gain political power. Terrorism’s psychological effect on the public has increased due to the increased coverage by the media. Governments are struggling to prevent terrorist attacks although they are taking action. Terrorism has taken place since the beginning of time and will continue to be a pressing issue. On September 11, 2001 the massive terrorist attack of 911 took place causing devastation to the United States. Members of an Islamic extremist group were searching for power as
Islamic leaders took fault for the attacks as they again tried to gain political power. This attack caused France to retaliate with a major airstrike on the Islamic nation. This feud has caused an extremely high number in deaths of innocent people. Terrorism is the beginning of a battle that will not be won by either of these nations. Isis is a growing terrorist group that has planned hundreds of attacks around the world. There group continues to grow and is planning many more terror attacks. Even United States citizens have joined forces with this evil murderous group. Without action being taken Isis will continue gaining control of the western world and growing in size. It is stunning that the world has not come together and decided to put an end to this evil group. In the United States alone multiple bombings have taken place at public events. Last year the Boston Marathon was attacked by two men attempting to end innocent people’s lives. It is going to take more than just a security effort to protect the average citizen. It is not if these attacks are going to happen it is when will they happen. Terrorism will continue to grow and there is virtually nothing that will stop
