Persuasive Essay On Sugary Drink Tax

My research paper topic is “Sugary drink tax”. When I just started working on my research paper I thought that sugary drinks should be taxed, but I changed my mind during the research. I find a lot of information regarding sugary drink tax and read a debate on one of the websites. A majority of people are against a tax on sugary drinks and they have very strong arguments. They say that they don’t want the government to play nanny and tell them what to do. It is not fair to tax sugary drinks and don’t tax other products containing sugar. I think that government should lower the price on healthy snacks, fresh juices, and organic food. There will be no need for the additional tax to stop people from buying food which is for the health.
