Persuasive Essay On Hunting

Hunting has been around for centuries. It started out as a survival skill, but has become a sport for hunters. There are all types of hunting for all types of animals all around the world. Hunting is such an adrenaline rush, and I love it. I personal love hunting whitetail deer and wild hogs. Although I have hunted squirrels, deer, hogs, and turkey. Hunting is a family tradition of mine that’s been passed down for centuries. I will always remember the first time my dad took me hunting when I was about eight years old, and how it changed my life forever. My dad has been a huge part of my hunting life he was there when I shot my first doe and my first buck. I cannot wait until I have my own children to take hunting and pass down the tradition.
Just being outdoors, witnessing nature in it’s natural habitat, and I also enjoy harvesting a big animal. Or after a hunt asking my family members what they saw and exchange stories. I love hunting so much, I have never skipped a hunting season I have skipped soccer games so that I could go hunting. There are bad parts of hunting too. Like having to fill feeders, or check the stands for wasps. I also hate not seeing anything during hunts, or not being able to take a shot at an animal. Hunting is kind of a competitive sport between me and my brother, it’s always about who got the bigger and better animal. So far I have the biggest doe and buck. I am so proud of myself for always getting the bigger and better deer. My first doe weighed a whopping 145lbs, and my first buck was about three and a half years old it was a nine point and it weighed 175lbs. I have unfortunately never harvested a hog.
