Treatment for cancer was unheard of and was not available to just anyone. Now with our advancement in technology and treatment, cancer is now a long-term chronic illness. Yes after treatment some people are cancer free but for some it is just a long road of pain and discomfort. All the surgeries and drug intake weakens a persons body severely. People are spending their lives with extreme side effects from treatment, often suffering from body pain and physical damages. Depression is also common among cancer patients.
