Persuasive Essay On Assault Weapons

Guns seem to be getting out of hand, literally. Authorities everywhere are reporting about guns getting up on their own and assaulting people, therefore being called “assault rifles” while they also report of others doing suspicious activities, being called “tactical.” Other countries around the world are even reporting that these tactical assault rifles are getting up on their own and are shooting up places closest to them, before being detained by the local police or military force.

One of the known problems is that once detained, and placed under questioning, the guns will not answer to anything they’ve done, only making a series of clicking noises as an answer to anything. However, when undergoing treatment, which includes a series of disassembly and reassembly, they found that when giving the gun a adjective such as “defensive” they would no longer have these characteristics of a human, able to walk and “talk” and were therefore not violent, to which everyone is baffled on how it works.
With all of that being said, they best solution to prevent these out of hand slaughters, is to not label every gun as an assault weapon, but rather keep them for an emergency, as a defense.
Only then will these massive slaughterings stop, and the media may stop freaking out.
