In fact, it has been scientifically proven that if a person takes a nap as short as 24 minutes every day it can help with their everyday lives significantly. Although many people may say that naps are for children, the truth is that everyone should take a nap. The reason for this is because it can help a person improve their mental state, their work and school performance, and their happiness in general.
