Recognizing your strengths and weaknesses is crucial to your success. Whether you are starting to concentrate and study on areas which you are not good at, trying to take your grading to the next level or considering improvement in any areas of interest, you need to leverage your strengths and shore up your weaknesses. To do so, you need to be honest with yourself, leave your ego at the door and learn to trust and empower others. (Talbot, 1995:4) A reason for identifying personal strengths and weaknesses is to help achieve success in my professional life, personal life, as well as the role that I play in a learning theme to be most effective. Throughout life, we acquire abilities and skills that help us to compete with others or to reach our goals. We also have underdeveloped areas or weaknesses that need improvement. By identifying these strengths and weaknesses, we can better ourselves. Emotions I really love to listen to music and spend most of my leisure time listening to music or watch movies especially action packed one. Rich nature is one of my traits that are in me so in every thing. I normally act and behave as if am a rich person who has everything and I usually share with others thinking that I will still buy new one for myself. I would always appreciate what I own in my possession and put on the best suit every where I go. Though I was born and raised in rural setting and I would think of myself as a rich person. Sometimes a person may feel that they have no purpose in life. Finding out who you are just takes the time of sitting down and thinking of the importance in your life.
