Personal Swot
Introduction Looking for a dream job was very easy for me. I did not have to think or brainstorm any ideas. I had my mind set for about a year now. My college experience thus far has been a revelation. I have learned so much from my professors, advisors, co-workers, and even colleagues.

1. My top two dream jobs are hotel management and personal trainer. I have always dreamt about owning my own business, but I never knew what business I would own until I my first year of college. I would like to own a hotel. The enjoyment and satisfaction on others faces is what I love. I will love to cater to those who are on the move, working, and just want to have a place where they can relax and not worry about the outside. Working out and training for sports has always been routine. I enjoy staying healthy and I like sharing my tips and knowledge to others. Health and fitness is very important in today’s society. I would love to workout with others every day and receive money for my time. I believe in the saying “if you enjoy what you are doing, you will never work a day in your life.” 2. I am currently working for Savannah State University as a community assistant. This job provides knowledge and real life situations that occur in hotels. I know how to communicate with residents, and keep track of their information. I have experience with checking in and out residents from their rooms. My job allows me to enter residents’ rooms, to make sure it is clean and they have not damage any of the school’s property. I know how to properly write fines and keep a log of residents’ incidents. I feel that these are strengths; I have, for becoming a hotel manager. My strengths for becoming a personal trainer are knowledge of nutrient and dieting, experience in the gym, being a high school athlete, and working with Savannah State students, who has trouble getting in shape. I have been working out since I was thirteen years of age. Dieting and healthy foods play a big part in my

By much research, ATT has had opposition in the past which at times would end up in merger with another company. Many times small phone companies can not compete with ATT and thus kneel to them and soon become a part of the family of the biggest telecommunications giant this world has ever seen. We can see by the current merger of SBC and the Global name of ATT has given the public a misconception that ATT was bought out yet in all fairness it seems that ATT had the upper hand due to it’s strong name known all around the world. This was considered a weakness in my review. But this weakness can actually be strength due to the bonding and assets of two companies that really once was the same ATT we seen fifteen years ago when the Telecommunications act in 1996 prevented ATT from being a world conglomerate (Sirota 1999). Another weakness that can be said of ATT is their lack of Voice over Internet Protocol. Many companies have gone and used the internet to give people the chance it’s full potential and incur long distance charges. This has left ATT astounded due to the fact a missed opportunity went below the radar (Dinan 2008).…

My five core strengths were, Relator, Input, Analytical, Developer, and Command. I’ve had many different job experiences in many environments. My very first official job was a clerk in a nutritional grocery store. I would be in the store just cleaning or stocking when a customer would come in, most of the time they would have a question of where to find something or what they should buy. I truly believe in this situation it was best that I was a Relator, when people are vulnerable with you it takes an open mind to help them. As customers came in and told me what they were going through I needed to be able to put myself in the shoes of the customer and sympathize with them to be able to speak directly. Being a Relator I was always able to stop…
