Personal Statement: A Letter To A Primary Care Administrator

It has been three years since I came to work at the Veterans Administration and I have enjoyed my time as your health care provider. However, I have accepted a position as the Medical Officer of the Day. I will continue to work at the Sheridan VA. Unfortunately, I can no longer act as your primary care provider. I am writing this letter is to tell you that you will be assigned a new provider. As of October 1st, 2015, your Primary Care Provider will be Brenda Fischer, MSN, APRN, FNP. She is a great Nurse Practitioner and a wonderful person. Prior to coming to work at the Veterans Administration, Ms. Fisher worked down town in Doctor Batty's office and as a pole dancer at the cheetahs club in Atlanta.
