Personal Statement: A Career As A Real Estate Assistant

Qualifications
I work well with people. I am responsible, respectful and conduct myself in a professional manner at all times. Taking commands, and taking charge when warranted is an aspect of mine that has been valued by my present and past employers. I am also bilingual... I write and speak both English and Spanish fluently. My experience is broad and diverse ... I am skilled in many different areas, working at young land dept in NY, JC Penny and Marshalls in FL as a sales person, managing the stock room and at marking down has taught me a lot on how to be efficient and has gained me more knowledge as an associate. Managing real estate properties as the property manager in south Florida has brought me a great experience and challenge. I am opened to working for any company that can continue to broaden my experience.
I was also employed as a Paraprofessional at a Public School in the Bronx, New York. My experience consisted of dealing with a diversified group of individuals of different ages. It involved working extensively with children with behavioral problems, cognitive, emotional and autistic which many times crisis intervention or one -on one had been required. I believe to have done this job successfully. I am experienced and I have worked with a number of children and adults with special needs such as ADHD, Down syndrome, Autism, etc. Monitoring, assisting and making sure their overall needs were met was my responsibility. I am always opened to accept any training that may be needed to advance and perform my duties to the best of my ability. I am a fast learner and perform my duties with thoroughness and clarity. I care and enjoy working with children and adults no matter what their necessities may be. I hope to be given the opportunity to once again work in an environment I truly believe
