I have experienced little victories in life like finishing a personal project as well as failures, like disappointing someone. These small defeats and victories stack up to create the most obtrusive wall of all. I feel that this is mostly symbolic of the walls we build ourselves, obstacles that are purely psychological. You need to be clear on what you want and have the persistence to keep hitting the brick wall until it crumbles or the intelligence to scale it.
I’ve missed out on opportunities because of my lack of motivation; my wall is made of procrastination and weak will. I aim to learn self discipline, that is what I believe it takes to break down the walls and overcome the obstacles.
