Personal Reflection On Coop Students
Hi, Andre

I reviewed the CAPP report again, and realized that I definitely have one course left. I hope I can get a chance to take one of the 100/200 level electives during coop time. I promise that I can handle both the coop and the elective well since there is no specific courses limitation. Thus, I can take the one that I am interested and good at. Thanks for your consideration.

Best Regards,
Shenjun

In this short paper I will describe my experience completing my 80% lower for the FTYC 301 Capstone project. I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect when I received my kit that was required to begin my project. When I finally received them in the mail I was beside myself with excitement. After looking through the items I began to think that I was going to breeze through the project with no issues… I was wrong…lol…

The governance of Bergen Community College is shared among the board of trustees, the administration, and the faculty. The faculty has primary authority over the academic area, including such matters as the curriculum, standards of faculty competence, and standards of student achievement. The board and administration have primary authority over mission, strategic direction, physical plant, and fiscal resources. These factors have changed the dynamics of shared authority and understanding in ways that were not intended during the early and mid-twentieth century, when basic governance agreements were created (Gaff, 2007).…

This is my first semester taking human services classes. It has been quite the experience I have to say. For most of it I have enjoyed learning about the skills I will need as a helping professional, but it also scares me a little. When I first learned that I had to be in T-groups for interpersonal relations I freaked out. I freaked out because I am both shy and an introvert, so the idea of having to speak to people terrifies me. Over all, T-groups have been a great learning experience for me and I am sure they will continue to be so.…

My future goals involve graduating from a Cal State, getting a job, which I know will be much work but really looking forward to it. Overall, I am looking forward to taking this course and learning more about music, and you…

To believe in the strength and value of community colleges is to recognize that the community school is as vital and remains purposely driven today, as when they began more than one hundred years ago- before self-driving cars, smartboards, on-line courses, etc. These community based institutions fundamentally serve as a foundation and core to the planning and building of one’s unlimited educational possibilities.…

Community college, The worst fear for some and the best experience for others. Many people think that community college is a bad place to attend. My time at the community college was used to focus on building a strong academic foundation, specifically tutoring international students English every week as they tried to maneuver through their lives in the United States. I remember during one particular session, a Chinese exchange student told me that when she first arrived in Seattle, she was in a state of euphoria. However, her inability to communicate fluently with her peers hindered her from adapting to the customs in America. Consequently, it impeded her from making her own place in society. Another individual, who emigrated from Eritrea, confessed she was still unfamiliar with having additional resources at her fingertips. She grew up in an area where advanced technological tools,…

I am a graduate from Glen Oaks Community College and I would love to continue my education with Glen Oaks and their Nursing Program. I am a very athletic person, therefore in my free time my activities include running, playing sports, coaching and being involved with my family. Working two jobs, one being a Nursing Assistant and Unit Technician at The Community Health Center of Branch County and the other doing in home care for an elderly patient, does make it difficult to find free time. With what little free time I do have I enjoy spending it with my family as they are very important to me. I try to make it a routine to visit with my grandmas to have lunch with them and to drive them around where ever is needed due to the fact that they both cannot drive. I am currently training to run a marathon in May. During softball season, I volunteer with the coaching staff at the Coldwater High School. My greatest satisfaction so far in life, is the fact that I am one of few to have graduated from a college with a degree within my family. I am proud to say that I have paid for me education with my hard work. I hope with the help of Glen Oaks Community College I can obtain a new satisfaction of becoming a nurse. It would be my dream come true.…

The reason I choose APUS was because I was looking to pursue my degree with the luxury of flexibility. By flexibility, I mean simply time. I know college could be a scary decision, more high school with overdue papers and stress, I’ll pass. This was because the only scope on college I had were the constant reminders of tons of useless work that goes unnoticed. The idea of being in a classroom so large the professor has no Idea I exist. I know what you’re thinking, why not a community college? Well, community college would have been great, if I had the funds. This leaves me with a loss of words as well as ways to continue my education, or so I thought. I was looking for help and my mother asked me a simple question that I thought was ridiculous.…

I genuinely enjoyed learning to work at collegiate standard, and I am thankful for the course facilitating personal growth as well. I did not enjoy every assignment. Also, I know I will not regret taking both Comp I and Comp II as I prepare to leave high school and transition into a four year…

Last year during fall I become an incoming freshman at Austin Community College. I remember how excited and nervous I was to finally start college. I wasn't sure what to expect. For one thing, I was excited to meet new people and to make new friends. But for the other part I was nervous because I was going to start my first semester taking developmental classes. In a way I got discouraged I didn't want anyone thinking that I was dumb. Development classes are there to help us improve our performance on exams, to refresh and better understand the material we learned in high school. But i didn't see it like that, I saw it more as a bad thing.…

Hi, I’m Suzzana, I think you know that by now. I’m currently attending Camden County College. I am transferring because as you might know, most community colleges are two year schools. Community College has been great for me. I was never achievement orientated when I was in grade school. I was enrolled in an alternative school since the 8th grade. I was behind in my academics, but I would like to say I compensate in life experience. When I was younger around the age of 9 I was bullied a lot. I was chubby and I increasingly gained weight at that time. My influx of weight was the baggage of my emotions and my families struggles. My parents divorced when I was 10, my mom was escorted out by police. I only had my dad for a year. Then, I had missed…
