Personal Narrative: What I Learned About Team Work

When I was younger I was in the Palomino Horse Breeders of America Association. I was on the National Youth Board for seven years, my last year I was the National Youth President. Throughout my years on the board I learned a lot about team work, especially during my year as President. The main thing that I learned about team work is that no one on the board knew what it was. I was not too surprised because everyone in the horse industry is so competitive and high strung that they don’t trust anyone else to do their work or to make good decisions.
