Personal Narrative: Taking Charge Of Your Online Learning
I am a “Hands On” type of learner and also a “Risk Taker”. I have my goals set and I love the direction that I see myself going in while I’m attending Regent; however sometimes I know I my habits of studying gets in the way and I wait till the last minute sometimes and it frustrates me.
When reading “Taking Charge of Your Online Learning”, I find the best learner that fits me is “Transforming Learners”. It show’s I “place importance on self-managed learning, committed effort, independence and long-term vison. I use personal strengths, ability, persistence, challenging strategies, high standards, learning efficacy, and positive expectations to manage learning successfully and last but not least, it shows I lose motivation and become frustrated
