Personal Narrative Report

On Sunday, September 13, 2016 at 1351 hours, I, your affiant Patrolman Joshua J. Pastucka was dispatched to 16 N. Lehigh St. to assist State Parole. When I arrived on scene I spoke with Agent Frank Horvath, Horvath advised me they were checking with parolee John Charles. Horvath advised me Charles tested positive for narcotics. Horvath advised me during a search of Charles bedroom Agent Max Fada located a large amount of cash and narcotics. Upon locating the large amount of cash and narcotics they stopped the search and contact police.

Horvath took me to the bedroom and shown me the cash and narcotics which were located. When I entered the bedroom I observed the cash and (2) plastic bags on the floor. One plastic bag contained white crystal rock substance, the other bag contained a white powder substance. I spoke with homeowner Heather Weingard, I advised Weingard what was located in the bedroom. I requested permission from Weingard to search the residence, Weingard granted permission.
The spoon and a scale both contained white powder residue, which resembled the narcotics found. Fada advised me found the narcotics and money in a pair of males extra large shorts. Fada advised both left and right pocket of the shorts contained one bag of narcotics and cash. The total amount cash found with the narcotics is $1,640.00.
