I wanted to go to Texas A&M University and had already been accepted and that’s when I realized I was about to begin a whole new opportunity in my life. It started with packing and leaving behind everything I had ever known because I had lived in just one city my whole life. It was both nerve wracking and exhilarating. The big move included a treacherous drive of over 1,500 miles from Idaho Falls, Idaho to College Station, Texas. It was the start to a whole new chapter in my life and ultimately…

to Greece for holidays with my mum and my brother, I regretted ever leaving Greece. At first I was pumped, I would be seeing my best friend, Irene and my other close friends, Iro and Dimos. What I found was not what I had expected, everyone had drifted apart, they hardly talked to each other anymore. My mum saw that I was upset and told me that I was always the one keeping us together, that Irene and Iro never got together but played with each other because they were my friends and that Dimos was…

start my 4 hour work shift, I began to go through the turnstile and seemingly startled awake a bat. This bat began to fly and squeal in fear. It darted at my head getting caught in my hair a couple times. I started to scream and flail my arms about trying to fend off the nocturnal flying mammal in fear. During what seemed to be forever I was able to unlock the turnstile and exit the entry way but not before rupturing two discs in my neck. This incident caused quite the turn of events in my life.…

“What do you think?” I said to the man as he analyzed the car in my driveway. He was doing this for the past half an hour, asking every question there was to know about the car. I knew everything about the cars that I dealt with and I answered every question more confidently than the one before. This chat went on for another fifteen minutes and by this time I knew in my head, if he didn’t like the car, he would probably have already left. Finally, he said to me in an eager tone, “What’s your final…
It was a bright, beautiful day in Texas when all of a sudden, I heard gun shots. My crew and I were in the second car behind the president and the governor of Texas along with their wives. Everyone was applauding and cheering, having a wonderful time. I, Bob Walker, was looking out of the car window watching everything that was happening. I then heard *boom, boom, boom*, I thought it was fireworks until another secret service man anxiously say “the president has been shot!” All of us piled out of…
