Personal Narrative: My Clinical Placement
Hi Dr. Alves,

I hope all is well. I am a bit concerned about my Clinical Placement. To date we have not started and it is currently week 5. I am collecting my Physical Package today, which I will submit to Interfaith.

I currently have a very limited schedule in terms of time. Would it be possible to be placed in another facility or is it too late.

I am only free on a Tuesday.
