Personal Narrative-It's A Rattle
“Oh fuck,” Sparrow lets out, “it’s that crazy-ass, goon gang,” she turned to the others, Cecilia and Amber’s faces looked like they’ve seen a ghost, Basil looked very concerned.

Sparrow felt her heart sink. “That’s a Rattle?” she couldn’t fathom it, “How did I kill one of them? You said they carry Ray Guns and are very dangerous,” Sparrow’s words spat out as fast as her heart was pumping.
Cecilia was the next person to talk, “Sparrow, Basil, calm down. We’re going to be fine,” She reassured them, “Amber and I have taken down many Rattles, and they haven’t noticed us,” Cecilia paused, then pointed to Sparrow and Basil, then over near some rocks, “You guys hid over near that rock,”

Her hand was placed on her hip where she kept a (low on power) Ray Gun. “My gun is low on power, and there seems to be, around, five of them,”
“I think we’ll be fine,” Cecilia replied.
Basil spoke up from his shock, “Are you sure, Cecilia? You’ve said that you haven’t taken out more than 2 Rattles during any battle,”
Cecilia turned to Basil, “We’ll be fine, Baz, now run. Run to that rock and don’t move until we come back. We don’t want you two to get ghosted,” She had a smile on her face, like she knew something was going to happen.
“Come on, Basil,” Sparrow tugged at Basil’s arm so he would follow her to the cover. They both ducked behind one of the large rocks.
Basil looked at Sparrow. “Something doesn’t feel right,” He told

“Scrape, Scrape, Scrape” high pitched screeching sounds fill the tiny cabin. I turn to the other three girls who wore an identical petrified look in their eyes. “Scrape, Scrape, Scrape” penetrates our eardrums, once again adding to the growing panic. I attempt to evaluate the situation as best as my 4th-grade self can. We are in our seemingly “safe” camp cabin full of eight girls and two high school counselors in a separate room. “Scrape, Scrape, Scrape” dread begins piling up in the pit of my stomach. ”It’s the shovel man!” a cabin mate blurts out. I huddle next to the girl quivering beside me, using her radiating body warmth to substitute for the chill in this grave of a room. “Creak” the door inches open.…

I arrived late today just as the speaker shouted,“one more’s spotted.” “There seems to be no word surrender in their dictionary,” Ethan (not a fan of foxes) commented, “from scavenging trash cans, bird food, and pet food to hunting squirrels, bird, rats, and mice”. “Now come on Ethan, you know we’re not working to kill them, we’re just here to move them,” a Mia said. I finished my coffee, just in time for the announcement. “The foxes has become braver in London, United Kingdoms, 6 of you are going there to research,” the speaker said.” “Ethan, Emma, Isla, Asher, and Mary, and Caroline. My mind immediately drifted to the thought of London, I’ll go shopping, I’ll come back successful, everyone cheering, me going get a raise- A shove on the back snapped…

After a few hours when all of the animals were in a deep sleep, Napoleon walked down to the shed with Pilkington to observe Napoleon’s livestock. At this point, Napoleon and all of the farmers were very drunk off of Napoleon’s homemade whiskey. Little did they know that Squealer wasn’t drunk at all and had a plan to kill Napoleon for power. Squealer had a big mouth, so he had to tell the animals, Squealer had persuaded the animals to hate Napoleon, and that he himself was going to make the farm a better place. The animals were cheering for squealer; this commotion resulted in Pilkington snooping into the barn.…
