Personal Narrative: I Am A Californian
I am a Californian. I am a family member. I am a friend. I am a student. I am a book lover. I am a music lover. I am shy. I am a dreamer. I am ambitious. I am smart. These are the top ten self concept aspects that represent me. I choose these aspects because these are the things that impacted my life the most or how I believe myself to be. For example, the most obvious one for me was that I am a Californian, I lived there most of my life and just recently moved to Splendora. However, I do still consider that my home because that is where I became who I am and it impacted my life the most. Also on that note, when I lived in California, I spent most of my time or vacations with my relatives, these people taught me important things I needed to

That night I heard a total of five gunshots, and was later informed the gun shots left two family friends paralyzed. One is now paralyzed from the neck down, and the other from the waist down. The two victims were sisters, and were not the main target. The shots…

I love America because it is a free nation. I can say what I please, do what I please, and believe in what I please. I can own a firearm. The food here is amazing, all sorts of different kinds of food. The military here isn’t what it used to be but it is still one of the best in the world. I like talking to the military veterans and hearing their stories of how they survived the horror of war. Democracy, I like it that way because that means I can do whatever I want as long as I follow the American laws. America has the best tech that money can buy. I also love American because Donald Trump is in it, he can make America great and safe…

An ideal world for me would consist of us helping one another get up on our feet rather than compete and drag each other down. My ideal world does not have to be perfect in any way because our imperfections are what makes us who we are as people. And those imperfections are what drives or motivates us to be the best versions of ourselves. Critically analyzing all of the choices I have for an ideal American society, I would definitely choose the values of empathy, equality and lastly perseverance. I think that by centering our society in these three values, we not only better our ourselves, but our community and country as a whole. There is too much violence going on in our country that we need to focus in the idea of empathy, to understand and feel for those who we think we cannot relate to. We need to practice the idea of equality, because without equality, then no one is truly free. The minority of the people has been fighting for decades to get the equality that all people no matter the color of the skin deserves. We have evolved and have becomes less focused in the color of the skin of people, however, it still remains in our society and it still has not truly gone away. By practicing the value of equality for all, no matter what we consider ourselves, we would definitely have a better…

Everyone in the class was suppose to write a poem using “I am from” and describe things that we like or things that describe of where we come from.
