Personal Narrative: Do You Have Better Classes Or Exciting Classes
Do you want better classes or exciting classes? Many students would like to have classes they like going to everyday. I was voted king of this high school and my goal is to get those classes. My other goal is to get luxuries, time, and transportation in this school. Our school needs to have luxuries. We would all like a netflix area somewhere in the school. It is not going to be free time, but it is going to be a class. Food courts are a big deal for our school. Not everybody likes the school lunch and would like to choose their own lunch. We need Pizza Hut, Subway, and McDonalds. Schools need hot tubs in classes year round. Hot tubs will help you stay warm during the school year. Luxuries might be expensive, but it is worth it. We all need more time to eat, less time for school, and time with friends. The school does not give us much time to eat for lunch. Students need more time to eat lunch, because their just in a rush to eat their food. School also needs to get out earlier than 3:09 pm and not have intervention. Some students have jobs they need to go too. When were going to have that changed, we need time to sleep in also. Starting an hour later for school would help students a lot. Students sleep is important for the brain. Our school needs to have time changes. …show more content…
Having segues would be awesome to have. It would help us get to our classes on time and not be late. Moving sidewalks would also be a big help to the school. Instead of walking to class, you can take a ride to class. Go-karts would make it even faster to get to class. Think of how much time we can have in class if we get there. This is a big deal for the school to have transportation inside. We need luxuries, time, and transportation. The biggest things are the netflix area and food court. I am king and I will make this happen. Do you want better classes or exciting

High school classes should begin later in the day and end later in the day to accommodate students' natural sleep clocks, this would get them on a schedule and would also allow them to stay energized through they whole day. Schools should end later in the day so that when students get home, they won't have time to take a nap, which tend to make people stay up later then they need to. Teenagers need lots of sleep and by beginning and ending the classes later would make that a lot easier! If schools were to open up later in the day then students would pay more attention in their classes; They would be more alert and awake. Beginning schools later in the day would have a positive effect on everyone including the teachers and administration,…

Working hard always pays off at the end....One feature for the new high school that I will suggest to the design committee is Fun Room. A fun room will be for all students who reach the requirements, students who receive the award from their achievements will enjoy an hour of their school day of having extra time to finish homework or playing games and this will also benefit students to try harder to qualify and having great grades.…

School would be better if the day/classes were a little longer so we could learn more than what we learn now so the classes should be longer. If the school had bigger lockers so we could put more stuff in there instead of the stuff in our lockers like books and notebooks and folders being smushed and bent instead of the lockers being tall and skinny they could be medium sized and wide. The other thing is if people could pick up their trash at lunch instead of the custodian doing all of it.…

For the past few years the Sherwood High School in Sherwood, Oregon has been as dense as tungsten and over capacity and they need more space. Good schools and a wealthy community have attracted more people and the more people who move in, the more students that attend school. When the school was built, it wasn't built for what the population of Sherwood is now, therefor the school is running out of space fast so they have to make some adjustments to classrooms so students fit. They added more classrooms and increased class sizes. Plans…

My second issue is the overall quality of the food getting served. The food ranges from okay to disgusting, with most on the lower end of the scale. Back when I was a freshman the pasta bar had a delicious breadstick that was as long as the tray and soft, but now after all the changes we get a little stubby piece of hard bread. Changes like that have been made for almost every meal that is served by the school. Since the quality of our food as gone down many students now bring their lunch or don’t eat at all. With fewer lunches being bought the school has to be losing a substantial amount of revenue. I went from eating around $4.00 of food last year to only $0.50 this year. If 25 students do the same thing that’s a loss of $87.50 per day!…

Some people feel that your arrangement does not adequately prepare students for the real world. A student enters the real world when he/she graduates high school. Therefore, there must be some improvement in order to better prepare students for life after high school. Pursuing this further, one would probably produce an anonymous student survey to be filled out every nine weeks or so; the survey will ask students what they think about their teachers teaching techniques and/or what they think they can be done to better prepare them for the future. A section for surplus comments will also be included. This idea would be an excellent one because, kids need to be heard. In addition, school boards and administration need to become more aware of what is going on inside of their classrooms.…
