Personal Narrative: Behavior Change Contract
I chose the “Behavior Change Contract”, Wellness Worksheet 5 because I wanted to challenge my self and try to keep a promise. I set my expectations high and I wanted to reach my three goals that I have wanted to do for some time now. The three goals that I chose were to active, eat healthy, and improve my sleeping schedule. I know that if I keep my promise to this contract my body will be in great shape by the summer time and I expect great results. I do not know the outcome of my results yet but as I start my goals I notice a change in my body. I wake up in a good mood and my body thanks me for being active and eating healthy already and I just recently started. As my body adjust to these goals the results will show physically and that helps
