Personal Narrative: A Career As A Nurse Assistant
Without a doubt, Mrs. Holder was the best teacher I have ever had. As my health and nursing fundamental instructor in high school she pushed me to better than my very best. I went into her class my sophomore year of high school scared and not knowing what to expect. Mrs. Holder taught me everything that I needed to know for the next level of classes. Once I got accepted into her nursing fundamentals class to become a nurse assistant, she gave me clear instructions of how to master each and every skill needed to past my exam and get certified as an NA. Because of Mrs. Holder, today I am the best NA I could have become. I am also proud to say that I am working as an NA at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in their trauma ICU and I got accepted
