I enjoyed your post! When disaster strikes it can undoubtley cause a wave of sheer panic to be relinquished if those who are in charge of protecting the public are bilious as to where to start to get things under control. Espically if that disaster is unique in the fact that it have never ever been experienced before. That perfect example would be the United States own personal experience with Ebola in 2014. The first case was confirmed by the CDC,2014. One of the best and most crucial componets of a disaster preparation plan is communication above anything else. Effective communication helps reduce conflitics, mistakes, and allows for understanding of clear direction which is all very important when it comes to dealing with issues of this
