Personal Essay On Why I Deserve A Scholarship
Personal Essay for Allison Dobbins As a lifelong resident of the state of Florida, concerned with the well-being of this state and country, I believe that I deserve the 4-Year College Plan scholarship because I’m an active part of the community, a gifted student since the second grade, and believe that, with the proper education and resources, I can make a difference in the world. Throughout my life, I have been involved in extracurricular activities. I have been dancing for seven years of my thirteen year old life. Since the first grade, I have been performing all around Florida. I have won many awards and dance scholarships to bigger and better competitions and conventions. Even so, I still preserve a 4.0 GPA and I have never received a grade lower than an “A” on an interim report or a report card. In the seventh grade, I participated in taking the SAT. Along with doing so, I won a medal from the Duke Tip Program for getting an exceptionally high score. …show more content…
I would like to pursue a career in physical therapy so I can help athletes recover from injuries, and allow them to continue in their desired sport.
