How do I like to keep in contact with my family; phone calls, visits etc what I like to do with my family for example church, outings. Friends
Who are my friends, how do I keep in touch with them, who can support me to maintain healthy friendships. Where I live
Who I live with, how I like I be supported to be independent, independent living skills. Transport
How do I travel, what support do I need, am I mobile, do I travel independently Money
How do I manage my money, budgeting, daily allowance
