Permanent makeup is a type of tattooing that some people aren't familiar with, but is still a very popular procedure. Among many reasons for a permanent makeup, most common is the lack of time for the people who are too busy to worry about makeup every time they have to go somewhere but still want a celebrity glow on their face.
