Peer Review: Case Study
The Peer Review helped me work and proceed with patience while reading this case study. I believe this is a tool that will help me in my future ministry as a pastor. No matter, what the story is, I am not called to pass any judgements on people how they think and how they narrate. I did not want to be judgemental about criticising the style of this writer but stated my thoughts without any bias. Also, the case study was helpful in making me think that every case study or a story has a purpose, it’s not just without it, no matter how the style of narration would differ from any professional or nonprofessional style of writing. The essay I chose was ANIMALS ARE PROPERTY: THE VIOLATION OF SOLDIERS ' RIGHTS TO STRAYS IN IRAQ. By DanaMarie Pannella. First of all, I chose this article because the title is very attractive to me. My daughter and I volunteer in an animal shelter, so it’s a given I am a sucker for a stray. The attachment one can make with an animal that has nothing or nobody is remarkable. This essay is peer reviewed, I found this by doing a search in search summon in the APUS library, and filtering the search by marking the scholarly and peer reviewed.…

Shantell’s paper for the most part was easy to follow and got the point across about Valero Energy Corporation. One thing I noticed was a couple sentences needed words deleted or added in order to make more sense. There were some also some APA format issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, the paper was informative about the future of Valero as well as the making sure customer needs are addresses. Especially in the world we live in it is important to address customer needs as well as environmental ones. I also found it informative about the whole Valero Company, I didn’t realize there are so many subsidiaries.…

Cretikos et al. (2008) stated that nurses do believe that pulse oximetry is an adequate monitoring of ventilation. However, pulse oximetry measurement has not been demonstrated to be a specific indicator of serious illness, and it lacks specificity. This is clear evidence that nurses lack the required skills and knowledge to undertake a comprehensive respiratory assessment (Meredith and Massey 2010).…
