5. Social demands: Clean up orange rind after peeling. Peel over a plate or garbage can. Wash hands before peeling.
6. Sequence and timing
1. Grab a plate for after orange is peeled from kitchen
2. Place plate on countertop or table
3. Move trash can close to where orange will be peeled (kitchen or dining room)
4. Take knife out of silverware drawer with dominant hand
5. Pick up orange with hand that is not holding knife
6. Make slit marks in orange using knife
7. Put knife down on table
8. Holding orange over trash can, use fingers to separate the entire peel from the edible fruit inside (some white pulp left over is okay)
9. Place peeled orange on plate
10. Dispose of any remaining peel in garbage can
