INTRODUCTION
Project Context
The Computers provide convenience to its user through the easier and faster way of recording information. People nowadays are living in an information age dependent upon digital information. Digital Information is electronic information, the result of computer processing. Every type of job relies upon getting information, using it, managing it, and relaying information to others. Computers enable the efficient processing and storage of information.
The used of the manual processes in the business has decline since the rise of computerized and automated systems. And in fact, nowadays, the use of computer-based business system has become prevalent al throughout the developed and developing countries around the word due to the increased productivity and efficiency of the data.
Every small business owner performs more than one role for his company. One of the most important tasks in running a small business is completing payroll. Employees need to be able to rely on being paid on a consistent basis without delays. Payroll affects every aspects of a small business from the morale of employees to the financial stability of the company. In order to pay their employees for services rendered, employers must devise a payroll system. Through this system the employer performs payroll processing, which must be done in a timely and accurate manner to ensure that employees receive their paychecks accordingly. The payroll system involves everything that has to do with the payment of employees and the filing of ­employment taxes. This includes keeping track of hours, calculating wages, withholding taxes and other deductions, printing and delivering checks and paying employment taxes to the government is entirely up the employer.

Objectives of the study
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness and reliability of Payroll System for Racal Motor Sales Corporation. This study will improve the consistency of Payroll System of Racal
