Patient Service Representative Case Study
I've been working for Open Door Family Medical Centers for 24 years. I started as a Patient Service Representative. In those years, I worked in 3 different sites, hold different positions as a leader. As a Practice Site Coordinator my qualities are; I'm flexible and honest/fair, have a positive role model,good communicator, supportive of management, well organized, able to focus on given task, able to resolve conflict, sees the "big picture", good resource and Life long learner. Working for many years in the medical field I have learned how to be a great leader. However, I'm looking forward to learned more and to be an effective manager.
