Problem Statement
Children are having a higher chance to develop fevers than adults. This is mostly from having a relatively undeveloped immune system which makes them more vulnerable to various infections that commonly lead to fevers. However, it is not necessary to be panic as fever simply indicates that their immune systems are fighting an underlying cold or another infection. A slightly rise in body temperature is commanded by the brain to direct the leukocytes (also known as white blood cells) to attack and destroy the invading bacteria and viruses (Klaff, 2009).

It does not required any aid of mechanical devices such as pumps to operate. Typical passive cooling equipments are clothing garments that are easily portable and highly mobile.
