Partner Engagement Policy
Chandra one way that you drive partner engagement is your timely responses to agents phone calls and emails. Another area of the partner engagement is your individual contributions of quality and production. When reviewing policies it is important that we maintain our underwriting guidelines to insure that our member's policies are correctly rated. If a policy is incorrectly rated then our member could have a negative experience. Your overall quality score falls into the unacceptable range which has a negative impact on our members experience.
