Dear Franchise Manager,

I am very much interested in acquiring your franchise in my city, Khabarovsk in Russia. Paris Baguette is rowing rapidly and it is one of the top bakeries in the world, and I want to be first to introduce Paris Baguette to Khabarovsk. I understand that good location is an important factor to have well and profit business. I can propose a really profitable location: Kim Yu-Chena, 44, Khabarovsk, Khabarovsk Krai, Russia. This area is located in the center of the city and in the most popular building: "Store of joy". This is building has a lot of shops, cinemas, bars, slot machines, and numerous cafes. However, they have not bakery. It is a very popular place among young people, parents with children and people whose age no more than 55. Every day many people are coming that to meet with friends and enjoy the time in affable and fun atmosphere. In weekends this place is filled with a huge number of people from morning till evening. Every month to attract more visitors to the mall are changing interior and organizing themed holidays. According to these factors it will the best location to open Paris Baguette franchise.
I am willing and unable to abide by the rules of the franchise agreement, and I have the money to shoulder the franchise fee all the way down to initial inventory. Please find my comprehensive resume and my proposed location with pictures and map, attached in this mail.
Thank you and I am looking forward your approval.

Sincerely,
Elena Sezionova

George would like to house the bakery in a new location that has high ceilings and is about twice the size of the Duxbury location. He would then be able to install a more efficient oven and design a more efficient production process. He would also be able to produce 3300 loaves on a daily basis, giving him ample room for growth. George also wants a location where he can sell breads and pastries directly to retail customers. If he adds pastries to his menu, George knows that he will have to…

Logistics has been one of the most important activities of easyInternetcafé (eIc) in the opening of new locations. It has become one of the few non-core activities that are in direct control of the company. It means supplying eIc locations across Europe with initial assets, furniture and PC’s. It also means managing all the activities in relation to opening all new stores. However under the new business model of franchises, eIc is now to only deliver proprietary equipment to the franchises, and all the other activities involved with opening new locations are the responsibility of the franchisees. There are many steps involved with launching a new location and eIc has a strong interest in its success. Due to high costs and inefficiencies that have occurred in the present logistics program I have researched options in finding a solution to working towards success in logistic for both eIc and each new franchise owner.…

The Broadway Café can benefit from having an established e-business that would sell its specialized coffees, teas, and some bakery items. I would also deploy an online ordering process which will take customers’ online orders, to help eliminate manual paperwork and telephone takeout orders. There are many resources available in this day and age to help assist someone who is thinking about franchising a business. One of the best resources that I have come across is a website for the International Franchising Association. This website has many tools available for anyone that may be interested in franchising a business. There are 7 main sections of information on this website. The first section of the website is where you start your search for the perfect franchise opportunity. From the drop down menu you can select start a search. This allows you to search the database from hundreds of different opportunities. Scrolling down you can search franchise opportunities by industry, learn about franchising, read blogs about franchising, and find out information about franchising for veterans.…

Over the past semester, I can strongly say that I have grown immensely as an artist. I have been able to widen my range of skills as well as increase them overall. One of my best works, as well as one of my favorites is my Expressionist painting. Ih results in a nspired by one of my best friends, Eleanor, my painting displays a variety of Expressionist principles. Expressionism is based on the distortion of form and color, which often results in a wide array of expressed emotions.
