Paraprofessional In Elementary School

As a paraprofessional in an elementary school, I recognize how imperative it is for teachers to encourage and motivate students. I want to motivate my students while challenging them through their assignments. My strategy for accomplishing this goal is to develop their social and interaction skills by allowing students to work independently and in groups. In other words, given the tools of new information linked with prior knowledge promotes creativity and problem solving skills. Furthermore, I want to teach students how to use their strengths and weaknesses to their advantage by allowing them to practice their creativity to develop their learning styles. This task is full of responsibilities, challenges, and maybe even frustrations. However,
