• Recommend the position in the market o The current market area that business will be in is Austin, Texas which Bradley Stonefield has an up and coming limousine business. Of course we do want success for the business but we have to figure out the market position that is unique to your business. The services that will be offered is similar to some limousine businesses but different because we are going to be comparable to other limousine services in the Austin, Texas area. The pricing will be affordable, the quality will be awesome because we will provide great customer service and support. All customers will have great treatment and all workers will be courteous and helpful at all times. Having 25 employees working for the company will make sure that our customer service will strive for greatness which customer services is the position in the market for the limousine company.
• Conclusion o Compensation and benefit strategies are important for a company that is starting up and helping with the operations of the company. Bradley Stonefield has an up and coming limousine service business that has to make sure that the compensation and benefits are in place when hiring employees. In our recommendation to Bradley Stonefield, we have made sure to conduct a market evaluation by researching what companies in the relevant market are, recommending a compensation structure and also the position in the market. Having all of this in place has helped to create a total compensation and benefits strategy for the company and to use the performance of the incentives and merit pay to recognize and engage with the employees. Bradley’s limousine company will be a great company that will provide great customer service to the customers at all times.

    My case is the one of fourteen year old James Ingraham vs. his middle school principle Willie J. Wright Jr. James’ parents are suing the Middle school their son attends (Charles R. Drew Junior High School) because they feel that their son was condemned to cruel and unusual punishment and has lost his liberty as a citizen of the United States. On October 6, 1970, Ingraham and another student were called into the principal’s office. James’ offense was failing to leave the school auditorium stage when instructed to do so by a teacher. Once in the principal’s office, James announced his innocence against the accusations of the teacher. Mr. Wright was unconvinced and ordered Ingram to bend over the table so that Wright could spank him using the discipline paddle. Ingraham refused to do so, and Wright began to force James’ head down on the table. The assistant Principal, Lemmie Deliford, assisted Wright by holding Ingraham’s legs. Wright then proceeded to strike Ingram with the paddle over 20 times, resulting in Ingram getting a hematoma.     “All the King’s Men” written by author Robert Penn Warren, takes place in a society with declining morals in 1939 and published 1946. The novel is about a man, Jack Burden, the protagonist and becomes Willie’s “right-hand-man” in doing whatever Willie wants and gets information on others that Willie feels threatened by and uses that information to blackmail people. Other than the corruption that Jack Burden does for Willie, as a reader you are able to see that Jack Burden is a good character who is learning from his surroundings becoming a more wise and moral character. In the beginning of the novel, Jack Burden contains childlike qualities. He believes that Willie is protecting him because Willie and Judge Irwin are the father figure in his life. When Jack realizes that Willie isn’t the right father figure in his life is when Jack gains wisdom and realizes his mistakes and starts to become a man. Closer to the end of the novel when Jack has his realization is when he starts taking responsibility and leaving his Great Twitch idea, that no one person can take the consequences of a single action, he does this by taking responsibility for himself and others. Jack heals from his past hurts to become a better man and develop the morals that their society desperately needs to push through and get rid of all the corruption that Willie Stark brings to their society.…
