1st Women on Earth Did you know that Pandora was the first women on the Earth? Well she was and how she got there was magical, i’m gonna teach you about Pandora the goddess of gifts. It will start by telling you about how Pandora made it to Earth and who she was created by, Pandora’s box, and about her life. Pandora was created by the gods (which means she’s a goddess) she is the goddess of gifts. Men were created before women, they were made out of gold, silver, bronze and iron. Pandora wasn’t a gift she was a punishment to everyone. She was created out of Earth and Water, the gods gave her a human voice and strength. The gods then gave her gifts and taught her crafts. But she was starting

Pandora couldn’t get what was in the box that Zeus had given her off of her mind. She kept thinking that maybe the box had money in it nice clothes or even jewelry. She then opened the box. Pandora felt the weight of the world on her shoulders and looked at the box that had turned rusty and hideous. She got told not to open it but she couldn’t hold in her curiosity so she opened it and she was baffled by everything that started escaping. So many evil such as ghosts, poverty, misery, sadness and death. Hope was captured when she shut the box, when she reopened it hope started touching the evil wounds. Along with the evil feelings, she had also revealed hope, the only good thing that Zeus had trapped inside the box.
She was the first mortal human woman. She was married to the Titan Epimetheus and they had a daughter named Pyrrha, who married Deukalion, son of Prometheus (brother of Epimetheus). Through Pyrrha, Epimetheus and Pandora were the ancestors of the human race. About half of the heroes and heroines of Greek mythology could trace their ancestry directly to Pandora. She didn’t have any specific parents, if she did it would be Zeus because that’s who created her.
In conclusion Pandora was created for revenge, but in the end she helped and ruined people's lives, she tried as hard as possible to do what she needed to-to make what she did to everyone better in some way shape or form. The big picture here is not to trust anyone with anything it could look like something good but in the end they may just be trying to ruin you're life and everyone

In the past, women have been generally regarded as inferior to men. This can been seen through the way women were treated in society, having little rights and freedom, and subjected to the whims and fancy of their husbands. They were regarded as not only mentally inferior to men but also physically inferior. In addition, they were seen as evil and a master of seduction. In Greek mythology, for instance, it was said that a woman named Pandora, brought disaster and suffering to mankind by opening the forbidden box. Ancient Roman law condemned women to be forever inferior to men.…

Penelope is shown to be contsently in emotional termilol over odyessus throughout the Odyssey. For much of the book she is seen to be crying until a god take pity on her and allows her to fall asleep. But while Penelope is seen to be very leaky, she is also shown to be very rational, and very bounded to many things. One of this things is the funeral shroud that she uses to trick the suitors for three years by unraveling it at night. This was a very interseting part, because in some way it reence backs to Zues putting a viel on chaos and giving it form. Rather in this intsence the viel is a shroud, Penople is Zeus, and the chaos she is bounding is her solution to keep her husbands home without remarrying, or having to give it up, and to move back in with her parents. Penelope is and intersecting character because she mirrors Zeus first wife in many ways, such as tricking her suitors for three years, and by rational finding out that is Odysseus was the true Odysseus, and not and…

When it comes to this topic, there are two stories. The first is the story of the five stages, and the second is the story of Prometheus and Epimetheus. The stories, so different, agree on something (page 10). At the beginning, there were only men on earth. Later on, Zeus created Pandora as the first woman. She was a gift, but more of a punishment. She was created for getting revenge on all of mankind. If you ask me, I think the story of Prometheus and his brother makes more sense, and it reaches out to me more. Both stories were tremendously fascinating, but I enjoyed reading about Prometheus and Epimetheus more.…

    Female Goddess Figurines

It was given a distinct signature that is still attached to this female figurine. To date, most of the scholarly writings have not given these feminine artifacts or the ensuing scholarly exploration on them legitimate status. However, the multitude of evidence proves that goddess worship is older than god worship. The earliest goddesses were faceless which, I believe, illustrated their multi-representative purpose amongst their culture and religion. Most of the figurines are designed without any feet, depicted as coming from the ground which quite possibly demonstrates the idea and beliefs of the mother earth concept. Many of these female figures were naked and big breasted with plentiful, robust buttocks and bellies. These artifacts exemplified the stature of the prehistoric female deity, which demonstrated strong prominent powers of the goddesses through the females ability to experience female menstruation and child birth, which was clearly unobtainable by the male population throughout prehistory. Various figurines also represent the female as pregnant, giving birth, or nursing a child. Therefore it appears that there were several different aspects of the goddess or female figure which seemingly…
